In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, we will do our best to resell you place.
If we cannot resell your place the cancellation charges will be made as follows:

Period of Notice	Charge
Before 26 weeks	25% of Package Price charged
Between 12-26 weeks before the event takes place	75% of Package Price Charged
Between 8-12 weeks before the event takes place	90% of Package Price Charged
Between 8 weeks and the date of the event	100% of Package Price Charged

NB. VAT is deducted from cancellation charges. Should the event be cancelled and Wella Company are unable to move the event to an alternative date, a full refund will be given.
