In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, we will do our best to resell you place.
If we cannot resell your place the cancellation charges will be made as follows:

Period of Notice	Charge
Up to 56 days before the event takes place (5 December)	50% of Package Price
Up to 29 days before the event takes place (1 January)	75% of Package Price
Within 28 days	100% of Package Price

NB. VAT is deducted from cancellation charges.

Should the event be cancelled due to Covid-19 and Wella Company are unable to move the event to an alternative date, a full refund will be given.
